The Board's offices are located in the Iberville State Office Building at 627 N. Fourth Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Board's offices are on the 1st floor. The State no longer allows us to validate parking, nearby pay parking garages include the One American Place garage, Welcome Center Garage, or Galvez garage.

The Board is an independent quasi-judicial entity that comprises three attorney members who are tax law experts appointed by the governor and confirmed by the Senate.
