The Board conducts monthly hearings at its offices in Baton Rouge. The Board appoints an attorney as Board Administrator, and he conducts monthly status conferences to ensure efficient scheduling of the Board's cases.
The Board will generally allow parties to appear by telephone for status conferences and the hearings of routine motions, exceptions, and other preliminary matters.
